Concentrated with industry-leading brands, the Company's hotel portfolio consists of 114 Hilton-branded hotels, 96 Marriott-branded hotels, five Hyatt-branded hotels and one independent hotel. Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. was established on 8 November, 2007 and was incorporated in Virginia.
