It operates in the United Kingdom, rest of Europe, the United States, Asia, and Oceania. The company was formerly known as Sports Direct International plc and changed its name to Frasers Group Plc in December 2019. Frasers Group Plc was founded in 1982 and is based in Shirebrook, the United Kingdom. Frasers Group Plc is a subsidiary of Mash Beta Ltd.
